Dusk Wall Systems are a precision-manufactured wall panel using the most advanced technology available today.
Design: Every detail is carefully thought through using our wall builder software to ensure accurate and complete wall panels. Every aspect of the framing process is considered, including: rough openings, drywall backing, and load points. Because we provide floor and roof systems as well, this allows us to look at the structure of the building in its entirety.
Cutting: With an automated saw system, every wall and component is accurately cut to create tight, accurate rough openings and wall panels. The saw is driven from the design program, so there is no human error element in the process.
Components: Since our cutting stage is automated, our rough window and door openings are accurate, precise, and consistent.
Wall Assembly: The framing table is used to simplify the wall building process. With LED lights in the table to identify every stud and component location, there is no need for a layout person. Once again, this takes human error out of the equation. The table holds the wall square while it is sheathed, creating a perfectly-crafted panel.
Bundling: All Dusk wall panels are numbered and bundled in the order that they will be installed on-site. This enables the framer to erect the building as efficiently as possible.
